As in past years, I am in 2009 going to try and raise some money for charity - again, this will be through by completing a triathlon and a long distance bike ride.

On June 21st I will once more be cycling from Clapham Common in London to the seafront in Brighton, 54 miles in total.  I've created an online sponsorship page, please click on the link and be as generous as you can in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

August 1st takes me again to Docklands, where I'll be making my second appearance in the Mazda London Triathlon.  As last year, I'll be aiming to raise money in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease Association, a charity very close to my heart.  There is an online sponsorship page; please give as much as you can.
