Barnaby Bear in Hong Kong:

Today we went to Lamma which is an island on the south side of Hong Kong island.  We had to get a ferry from the harbour to get there and the journey took about 45 minutes.  When we arrived we walked into the little village and found a little cafe where we were able to get something to eat.

Afterwards we walked through the village and across to the other side of the island and found a lovely beach.  Mr Bird & Gemma went swimming whilst Shona & I played on the beach and out of the sun.  We walked back to the ferry which was in a village called Yung She Wan and enjoyed the ride back.

We then rode the escalator part way up the hill, stopping for a drink and a snack in one of the side cafes, before getting back home.  It was a very nice day, despite all the sand in my fur.
